Project Description

This study evaluated the land development options within and adjacent to Mayo’s municipal boundary. The study discusses local needs and issues that the Yukon Government needs to consider in preparing a business case to support providing land development assistance to ensure an adequate, affordable lot supply consistent with Mayo’s development objectives.
